Cadbury fans running to supermarket as ‘amazing’ chocolate treat is finally back

As if there wasn’t already enough sweet stuff out there to tempt us, Cadbury has just brought back a fan-favourite product that’s got people ‘running’ to the supermarket.
The chocolate brand is known for its Dairy Milk bars, but also makes a treat found in the cake aisle that is beloved by many – Mini Rolls.
Featuring a chocolate flavoured sponge, a vanilla cream filling and a milk chocolate coating, Mini Rolls are always a winner. Occasionally Cadbury brings out seasonal twists on the iconic product and there’s one ‘delicious’ version that’s just made a comeback.
Over the years, Cadbury has sold Caramel Mini Rolls on and off, but they haven’t been spotted in shops since 2023. There’s good news for those who have been missing them though, as they’re once again on the shelves in the UK.

Cadbury Caramel Mini Rolls are available to buy once more from Asda supermarkets, priced at £2.38 for a pack of 10.
Social media users have been going wild over the return of the sweet treat, recalling fond memories of eating them when they were younger.
Fallon Chrissey posted: ‘These used to be very popular when I was a kid so technically they’ve just brought them back, but they taste amazing or at least they did back then.’
Emily Culshaw proclaimed: ‘Oh my god my fav choc on a Mini Roll.’
Kaarina Boothe was similarly excited as she said she was ‘running’ to go and get some, while Elaine Wattson thought they looked ‘lush’.
Matt Richardson commented that he ‘needed 10 of them’ in his belly, as others claimed they were ‘delicious’, ‘amazing’, a ‘NEED’ and one person simply (and very relatably) wrote: ‘Oh my.’
On Instagram people stated it was ‘about time’ Cadbury brought the cakes back, and on TikTok users joked they’d ‘smash’ all 10 Mini Rolls, with @prill1992 adding a top tip, telling people to ‘Put them in the freezer, thank me later.’
This comes after Cadbury fans spotted a rare imported chocolate bar in shops, that didn’t go down too well. In fact, people branded it ‘vile’.
The Perky Nana is a Kiwi classic, but is rarely available on UK shores. The banana-flavoured chocolate bar was recently spotted in B&M — and proved divisive.
Facebook group Dansway Gifts and Bargains UK shared a photo of the find, which features a banana ‘chew’ filling coated in chocolate and is priced at £1 a bar.
The post – captioned ‘they’re back’ – has racked up over 1,000 comments and hundreds of shares, with many claiming they’d never heard of the Cadbury confection.
But one that had, Ren Benson, commented: ‘Rank! Really strong artificial banana taste (neon yellow inside) and the Cadbury’s tastes weird and sicky.’
‘Just the thought of this makes me gag,’ wrote Mary Kingshott, while Natalie Smith branded it ‘mingin’ and ‘vile’.
It’s fair to say shoppers are much more excited about the upcoming launch of Cadbury Dairy Milk Biscoff.
Mondelēz International, which owns Cadbury, as well as Milka, confirmed the exciting news that they would be joining forces with Lotus Bakeries to develop ‘exciting new chocolate products’ in Europe.
And the first product from this pairing has been unveiled – a Biscoff Cadbury bar is launching ‘very soon’. Uniting the creamy texture of Cadbury Dairy Milk with the caramelised crunch of Biscoff, the partnership is not only set to get mouths talking, but tastebuds watering too.
Following this launch, which is thought to be coming in Spring in the UK, Milka and Biscoff items are also going to be available in Europe around the same time.
Charlotte Parkes, Senior Brand Manager at Cadbury UK said: ‘The hype is real! Whilst we’re keeping quiet for the time being, there’s going to be another reason to look forward to spring, very soon!’
